FNB not ready for modern banking?

I use Samsung Pay with my FNB card. Recently the card expired and was replaced. To verify the new card, I have to get an OTP from FNB. This worked perfectly in the past, but lately it takes 15 to 20 minutes to arrive, by which time Samsung Pay has timed out. This makes it impossible to register my card. FNB call centre sends us from department to department to department, nobody able or willing to assist, blaming third parties and MTN. All my other OTP's work. FNB gets the notification of OTP request as it comes up in my FNB app. This is ludicrous. I find Samsung Pay very convenient and secure, and want to be able to use it!!!
