Fnb not providing good customer service .

I have put a stop order and cancelled my debit order with fnb .They have charged me a fee for that but I see that the debit order went thru .So now they charged me R733 for the debit order plus R125 for items not paid .My account is on -860 .So who the hell pays that money now . This bank is getting more useless by the day .
