FNB not providing adequate security on account

This will be the 3rd week in a row that I have had to come to Hello Peter to try and get a satisfactory response from FNB. It always seems to happen like this.

I had some suspicious transactions on my business account, as soon as I saw them I called FNB business to find out what they were. The gentleman who I spoke to could not offer any clarity on the suspicious transactions and transferred me to the card division.

When I spoke to the lady in the card division she told me that she could not help and that I should speak to business banking, who had just transferred me to her. I told here that I was just transferred from there, so she said that maybe I can find out from the merchant services. I tried to stop here from transferring my call again and was asking to speak to a supervisor when she just transferred me to merchant services anyway. I held on the line for a further 10 minutes before hanging up.

It seems to be common practice for FNB to deliberately complicate a matter in the hope that enough confusion/ frustration will make an issue go away, which as I have complained in the past about, leaves us in the position of having to turn to these platforms for service.
