FNB not protecting my personal info
Good day, 2 days ago I send my proof of address to fnb after they requested it for fica. yesterday I got a email to my personal email address where another FNB client was also on this email her id number also and we both was asked for proof of address. what happened to confidentiality of personal info. I laid a complaint with FNB no one responded the other client also did. she emailed me today to my personal email address asking if FNB responded to my complaint I said no. she then said FNB also didnt respond to her. do you guys realise the danger of this a stranger now has my personal info and I have hers. And now FNB is ignoring both our complaints, I am going to seek legal advice as this is my personal info and its dangerous, they will need to compensate me for this its embarrassing and scary.
