Fnb not protecting clients against harrasment

I see my account was flagged again by Capitec by the same people. Case nr ***. Can you not put a flag on that pops up when it is the same people reporting it, since this is a violation of the protection order that I have against them. And can you please send me the details of the person reporting it so that i can use it in court for the harrasment. I have asked this previously and you just ignored my request. This is absolutely pathetic.
