FNB not prepared to help small business

I operate a small business, and the year did not start well for us businesswise. Just as business was about to started picking up the COVID-19 lockdown hit. FNB told SMMEs that they would assist and thus I called them to only to be told that they would not be able to help. It seems that their preparedness to help is reserved for a select few. I must add that my business has been a loyal FNB client since 2013, and that this is the first time that we approached them for help.
