FNB Not Paying Attention to Communication on Account

For the last year, I have been in communication, going back and forth with FNB regarding a Loan payment. I have constantly kept them up to date on when I can and cannot pay so that they have all the relevant information on hand. During all of this, I constantly got Sheriff notifications stating that I have been reported for not paying after letting them know that I cannot make the payment.

I have spoken to Grace Mahlaba from GL attorneys on behalf of FNB multiple times in this regard as well and it seems as if my communication constantly gets disregarded.

In January, I had to let them know that I will unfortunately not be able to make any payments going forth as I have been retrenched. Due to this I do not have any income, obviously to even pay them back. I have asked for a payment waiver until I have a sufficient income to continue paying them. ONCE again communication was disregarded and another Sheriffs letter was sent through to me this morning. I am absolutely disgusted that they are able to disregard information and kick a person when they are already down.

After all of this I am at a point where I do not even want to complete payments as they have not taken any of my communication into account.
