FNB not operating e-bucks accurately

Between myself and my wife we have issues with FNB's e-bucks service, at least one of us every month. My wife was erroneously put on reward level 4, FNB admitted to this and rectified the e-bucks, but not the reward level which resulted in money being deducted for the uncapped asdl service FNB connect used to have. This has been reported by my wife and by me, but not rectified by FNB.
This month my wife did not get reward level points for having an auto-payment setup for her credit card from her cheque account. It was setup from the start on her credit card and I had no idea that it lapsed. When checking on her internet banking we discovered that the auto-payment is in-fact still in place. It will not make a difference in her reward level this month, but may next month, it is however still a mistake on FNB's side. You are running a something that has too many flaws and that you cannot maintain. How many people are being done in because they are not as attentive as I am?

It has been a week now and we just received reply that the reason for not awarding e-bucks reward level point is that the auto-payment must be setup from a Premier account and according to the reply, my wife's is not. My wife has 4 accounts with FNB: Mortage, Vehicle Installment Sale, Premier Cheque and Premier Credit. I do not think it is allowed to setup auto-payments from the Mortage or Installment Sales accounts, which leaves the Premier Cheque account. We indeed verified that the account number associated with the Credit Card autopayment is my wife's Premier Cheque account number, which is obviously one step furhter than FNB went before we got the inaccurate response to our query.
Furthermore, the query that resulted in money being deducted erroneously for ASDL (ref no 939341) has not even been addressed. I am wondering, should you really be in banking if you operate like this?
