FNB not looking out for their clients

I have been contacting every department of fnb for help with my bond and no one is willing to assist me as a loyal client of fnb. It is so sad as I have worked over 15 years in the financial industry and 8years in banking. I know that fnb can help but is not willing to. The stuff that they hire is not willing to do their jobs.
