FNB not issuing eBucks due to "misalignment"!

Further to my previous posting regarding eBucks, I received a call from FNB and then several emails, the last of which stated that FNB would credit me with the last six months eBucks to which I rep**** that that is not acceptable - the minimum I would be prepared to settle for is one years backdating. I have sent several emails regarding this but have not received a reply even though I threatened to close my credit card account if FNB were not prepared to come to the party.
