FNB not interested in assisting me with card issue.

I have been in contact with various departments of FNB this morning, since early.

My virtual card keeps getting declined by Woolworths and Checkers 60/60. I was eventually forwarded to someone in the ***** department. It was obvious that the lady never listed to me as she kept speaking whilst I was speaking. The instruction that they have given me have not worked. i.e. remove card from Checkers app and reload. I tried to tell the lady that this wont work as its not only Checkers where I have the issue, but she obviously wasnt interested I paid Checkers via my normal credit card eventually, obviously with a negative effect on my ebucks.
