FNB NOT INFORMED OF 'LOCKDOWN'?

I am shocked in FNB during this global emergency. FNB instructed my son to collect his card from one of their Pta Branches or he has to apply again for his card. Are they not aware of the 'lockdown'? We are encouraged by Government to limit contact/ interactions however FNB instructs their clients to go to FNB Branches to collect cards. What happened to deliveries to residents?
