FNB not honouring their word about debit orders

<p>I took a personal loan last month with Fnb and was told the loan repayment was gonna be R5078. I got paperwork and the document states that this 5078 includes CPP insurance. Last month my first debit goes through then I get debited the 5078 plus interest and R401 for so for CPP insurance. I have made an inquiry as to why I'm getting debited for the insurance separately as it states that this insurance value was included in my debit order and no one has responded for two whole weeks. Appaulled at the lack of response. Fnb has not honoured their word and are debiting me more than what we agreed. </p>
