Fnb not honouring payment arrangements

I made aa arrangements to pay back my loan amount on the fifth of April. Manually. They still ran the debit orders on the 4th can resulted in defaults which costed me a further R605. Attempts to talk through the secure chat doesn't help since the advisors doesn't want to help and doesn't kbow what is going on.
