FNB not honouring insurance claim for cancelled flight

I was fobbed off by FNB when I contacted them about claiming for a Kulula air ticket purchased with my FNB Visa credit card. The flight is supposed to depart on 6 June however this will not occur due to lockdown restrictions. I was told that my claim will not be considered as I am cancelling my flight. I made it very clear that I have not cancelled my flight and will be happy to fly to Mauritius if the flight departs on 6 June. I was then told that someone will phone me and I am still waiting.
