FNB not honouring immediate payments

Did an immediate transfer on Tuesday night the 4th of May, up until now it is not reflecting in the other parties account and I am now being held liable for interest etc. FNB banker Petunia keeps telling me there is nothing she can do. has anyone heard of such nonsense? Stay away from FNB if you want access to your own money
