FNB not honouring arrangement

I had a loan with FNB which I have finally paid off and settled. The loan was paid off 2 months ago already, but still the credit bureaus have not been updated after numerous requests to both FNB and Barrett and Associates. Instead each month they update the account as NOT PAID and IN ARREARS even though this account is paid up. I have tried to contact both but with no response. Strangely they contacted me religiously when wanting payment, now that I have honoured my side of the arrangement they do not honour theirs. Please FNB!! fix this with the credit bureaus, for months I have been paying this account but for months it has always been updated as NOT PAID. You are killing my credit score with false information. Please fix this.
