Fnb not holding too there agreement

Good Morning. I have a real concern. I was on the phone for over 40 mins 2 day ago. My firbe to companies where debating my bank account. Everything was sorted two days ago. However yesterday they debited my account again 4 times FNB Charged me R105 for unsuccessful debit in which they advised me it has been stopped so webafrica will not be able to take funds from my account. I need a manager from FNB to call me back within 48 hours. This is unacceptable.
