FNB not helping.Pensioner hasnt received her money

I am so disappointed in you FNB. After complaining about my mother in law's money being drawn **********ly from her account. No one has called her of resolved the problem. I always brag about the best bank you are, but now i realise that the more customers you get, you become like the bleep bank you claim to be better than. Please call the old woman. You gave me a reference of 614646NF, connected to other references. comeon, please help.
