FNB NOT HELPING ON ***** CASE 6 MONTHS LATER

Hi..

I had a ***** on my bussiness account in June of last year. I followed all procedures and reported it to FNB. I was then helped by a lady called Mametja, Lesego <***> who asked me to go and get a case number wich i did..CAS 421/7/2019 ..

My referance number from FNB was ***** case incident number- 916929 ..

We are now in Jan 2020 and i have been emailing and calling Lesego with no LUCK...

Its now 6 months later and still cannot get hold of her.. What is going on and where is my money!!!!! SUCH BAD SERVICE!!!!!

So apparently I needed to send an affidavit.. Which I did in July 2019.. So off I went to the police station and did it again and sent it through... I got a call on Monday by Lesego to tell me it's with managment and will be resolved by Thursday.. It's now Thursday and no reply.. I have emailed and called and still no success from 6 months ago.. I really cannot believe someone has ****** my money out of my fnb account and this is the run around I get... I want customer service please fnb.. Where are you..
