FNB not helping, FNB useless

Ive been with fnb for over 7 or 8 years and ive never had to battel this much with them, my wofe opened a new account with them and they refuse to assist us its been 3 weeks and the account is not active they dont want to order any cards, and on top of that they send here around to people who cant even help her, no one is helping and after being on the phone with them for more than 30 min at a time they just put the phone down then we battelimg from the beginning again, i am sick and tired of this please can you just get you **** together and help!
