Fnb not helping at all

FNB CAN BE SUCH A NIGHTMARE AT TIMES. I have been going to the bank for more then 4 weeks for one thing, All I wanted was to close one of my accounts with fnb and they telling me they can't because my status is on risk 03. How does my status have to do with closing a account
