FNB not helping at all

Im so over this. I have a random debit order that goes off my account of R70, then if there is no money, I get charged a R110. This debit order which is not mine btw, can not be cancelled in my app as it doesnt SHOW in my app. So ive been on fnb secure chat, they reversed it the 1st time, then they said i must let it go through the 2nd time so they can stop it. Suprise surprise, I did, FNB couldnt stop it. Referred me to fill out a ***** form, which I DID and emailed it back. Got an email back saying I should contact the ***** line. DID THAT, they refereing me back to premier saying its an debit order isssue and ***** doesnt deal with that. I cant get through to Premier!!! Im gatvol!!!! FYI, on secure chat they gave a number related to this debit order to dial, the number doesnt exist!!!!! This is truly pathetic! This is now the same bank who declines my overdraft as debit orders came back unpaid, but its not my debit order!!!!
