FNB not helpful (worst bank ever)

FNB has bad customer service yho,I email FNB life insurance on the 20/04/2020 with my documentation that I won’t be receiving my salary this due to Covid 19 but still no response even today the 05/05/2020 .I wrote a review last week Tue 29/04/2020 and someone got back to me and logged a call ”Your Complaint ***NF has been assigned to FNB Life. We're looking into it and will contact you shortly” but again no one has gotten back to me.My advice to everyone please take your business elsewhere cause FNB is not willing to assist their clients during this pandemic.
