FNB Not Helpful when come to home loan advise

Went to go and Visit FNB {Northmead Square}, was really suprised that I could not get any help with regards to advise on home loan and also a purchase.

I got to my desk after my walk to the branch and got back and spoken to someone over the phone which was quite helpfull, but afer my branch visit I'm not in the mood for future interactions with FNB as this really made me wonder if we are also just numbers in your eyes?

I will slowly but shortly start distancing myself from FNB and get my homeloan via SA homeloans.
