FNB Not Helpful At All

I contacted your call centre on 2 March 2018 regarding money that Spree had taken out of my credit card, but cancelled the order, on 23 February 2018. I told the agent that I requested a refund from Spree and it had not been done. He emailed me a form and told me to complete it and send it together with proof of the cancellation, which I did, on the same day, 2 March 2018. He also told me that the resolution time is 5 - 7 business days.

On 8 March 2018 only does someone from the relevant department, that deals with these types of complaints call to say they needed proof that I requested the refund, which I did not have as this was done telephonically. I asked her why the initial agent had not told me this, which she could not answer. I then sent Spree the email stating the same thing I had stated telephonically and not surprisingly they still have not refunded my credit card, a copy of which was then sent to FNB.

Today marks the 7th business day since I emailed the request for the reversal to FNB and still not reversal has been done. If it has not been done by the end of the month I will simply walk into one of your branches and close the credit card so I do not have to experience this again.
