FNB not helpful

So I was very angry and annoyed with my Bank and complaining about a international transfer not showing up in the beneficiaries account past the due date initiated on the 15thJan24 so they got annoyed at me and logged me out my phone and online banking profile but I'm in Thailand so can't go to a FNB ATM or branch "How can we help you? " Transfer money somewhere else and block my access if ask were and can't answer plus charge me for it!
