FNB Not Helpful

This Bank is becoming useless and useless every time when you call in. And the stuff there have the same attitude of saying they are defending the useless behavior by the bank an their senseless protocol and procedures. How do i call in and you give me a call reference number and when i make a follow up you want to give me a new reference number. This is total ******* and intolerable, I wish i was having their CEO to tell his people are always unsure of what to do for their client.
