FNB not helpful

Good day

I am having trouble with FNB home Loans, I have been trying to get help from them since 2018, I got divorced and my debt was court ordered to be on my ex husband. I have tried several times to ask FNB to help me and no one is willing to help. I got a form from FNB to fill in for removal of debtor and i have sent it and the autoreply said i will be assisted within 24hours, i am still yet waiting to be assisted instead i get an SMS from Themba Khambule saying he tried to contact me and there was no missed call from him, i called back and i was told that Themba Khambule will call me back and i still have not recieved a call, i have sent him several emails and still no response. i am in my wits end trying to contact FNB to help me. can i please be assisted.
