FNB NOT HAPPY

Fnb business division seriously needs a wake up call. Due to the rioting we unfortuntely had to use a Standard bank ATM as ours FNB ATM got blown up during the rioting. FNB come out at that time and said if you withdraw from another institutions ATM you would be refunded well 1 month later and we still have received no refund or help. We have had one of the staff help us but he hasn't received no correspondence either. Actually seriously disgusting. Really through everything why do we still have to battle like this but let me tell you if you owe them money they hound you. Come on FNB how is some professionalism here and atleast show you are interested in your clients!!!
