FNB not good in terms of safety security for my money.

My name is Dikhutso I bank with FNB recently I had a debit order from sumthin I dnt evn knw I tried to reverse it but they say my request cannot be completed.How can something access my account without my concern n bank does nothing about it.where is safety on my money
