FNB - NOT GETTING TO THE RIGHT PERSON

I have been on the phone for the past hour trying to get to the right person for sales for student loans. I have been transferred 6 times and given 5 different nrs. There is no face to face services for this, and she has already done it online, but we need follow up. We are just not getting to the right person/department. It is sooooo frustrating!
