FNB not following their own rules.

No withdrawals for the month yet no points allocated for for it which drops my ebucks level. The app clearly states Ensure that your Cash@Till withdrawals are greater than or equal to your ATM and branch withdrawals.

I'm following your rules, why are you not allocating points correctly.
