FNb not following the TCF

i have a private account with fnb , and on the 25 th of December 2016 i used their slow louge facilities at OR tambo .The lady that was helping me swipped my card and informed me that i had 4 free visits and that i would only have to pay for 1 child which would be R50.she scanned our tickets and when she was done she gave my card and gave me a broucher back so that should FNB charge me more than the R50 which she advised me on , i should refer to the brochure. This is after she had completed the transaction and confirmmed that i would not be paying for the other 3 guests. On the 28th of December 2016 i contacted FNB as i realised that more than the amonount was taken from my account .I spoke to various people that were not helpful, on monday the 9th of January 2017 i got a call from a manager claiming that they had pulled footage from the system at the airport and that it proves that i was in thw wrong.our initiall conversation with this manager was that i would come intoFNBs offices in fairlands to have a look at the footage with them and come to a conclusion.FNB has dragged the matter and has put blame on me as the customer, i feel that they are not loooking at the facts and are not treating me with respect and fairness.i have been a client with this bank for a while and its dissapointing to get such ******* treatment and feedback as a private client. When i got signed on as a private client i did not get a call from my "private banker "or an email explaining the perks of the card.i paid R!@%) which is their consultants lack of product knowledge, FNB has distanced itself from the matter and say that the lady that was working at the slow lounge is not their employee. How does she then advise on their product and represent them and they dont take responsibility for her actions?has FNB become too big for its boots that they think their beyond TCF and that there is no structure in place to protect customers?i am highly dissapointed with their service and am ready to explore other banks .
