FNB not following protocol and plays with peoples futures

I had a business acc with FNB.. i had a Fnb speedpoint device, at the time we decided to cancel the speedpoint device.. i cancelled the device and i was still charged month end. When i called then in this regard i was told the t and cs states u need to give 30 days notice.. fair so i cancelled it again.. enough time for 30 days to lapse.. and i was still charged additional 3 months after i gave enough notice.. Not once did FNB contact me in this regard or to find a solution, i think it was unfair for FNB to still charge me 3 months after cancellation.. not once have FNB been in contact with me.. now all of a sudden i get Phn calls from LGR attorneys, saying my account was handed over and im getting blacklisted.. i explained to the lady what happened but no care attitude.. she was suppose to get back to me but no luck.. HOW CAN FNB HAND YOUR ACCOUNT OVER WITHOUT FOLLOWING RIGHT PROCEDURE.. FNB WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN CONTACT FOR AN PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT ONLY THEN AFTER FAILING TO PAY HAND THE ACCOUNT OVER.. NO WHERE DID FNB GIVE ME WRITTEN CONSENT OF MY ACCOUNT BEING HANDED OVER.. I TAKE THIS AS SERIOUS BREACH BY FNB.. Now i get smses emails etc from LGR when i call them its for ever a struggle.. u call and get put through to Fnb accounts.. and then you get voicemail.. i called 10 times already but no luck.. i even left messages for them to call me back.. but nothing.. i even rep**** on there email explaining and telling them i cant get through and no one calls back.. i want to know why i was charged additional 3months after cancelling the speed point.. then FNB sends me a statement that they credited my account for the amount owed and my statements say zero closing balance.. why was my account handed over??? Its like the amount was cancelled as per my statement i dont want to deal with LGR no more.. i read bad reviews abt LGR.. can Fnb please sort this out to let LGR know that my account was credited and can close this.. if not then i rather only deal with FNB and not LGR.. cant afford to be blacklisted.. im doing a credit check if there is a negative listing i will persue matters further where is the written consent in this regard Fnb playing with peoples futures when they not even following protocol
