FNB not fixing there error om my credit profile

I noticed an incorrect credit entry on my profile on my overdraft back in February. Learned since then that FNB has been aware of this since November 2021. We are heading into July, that's 8 months and 5 months since I have been trying to get this corrected. To date, FNB has not done anything to fix this. Been getting promises but here we are months and months later and still not fixed.
