FNB Not First Class

My FNB Gold smart phone was damaged on the screen & it was also faulty so I was directed to take it to iFix store on 11 August 2016. I took it in to the iFix store in Clearwater Mall, After they took it in, they emailed me to notify they're waiting on stock to deliver; which would take 2 weeks. After which fixing is 7 working days. I have not heard a word from them since. It's now over two months and I'm still paying for a phone that was faulty.

I got in touch with FNB about the matter and they said they'll look into it. But if it's that difficult to get stock and fix my mobile device why don't I just cancel my contract FNB and bank account and look elsewhere for better service. If FNB value me as a customer there is supposed to be a contingency instead of me paying for a device I never even got to use because it had faulty speakers to begin with.

Why can't FNB just issue me a new device and forget about the other one since it was discontinued anyway?

Thank you FNB. I received a replacement device yesterday and thank you for your intervention. I have reason to stay with you in the long run.
