FNB NOT EFFICENT

I am now definitely changing banks fnb has really ****ed me off this time.the same thing over and over. My time is being wasted and there is so much inconvenience. Can't believe one can be loyal to this bank and get nonsense in return. I am furious. This is the 2nd time this is happening. I have taken a smart device phone which was paid off by insurance as it was ****** this is more than 4 years back. Fnb debit money from my account 2 years back and when i phoned I was told they have no proof as they use a different insurance company. That insurance company no longer existed. my money was returned bank in my account. NOW FNB HAS DEBITED MONEY AGAIN WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME 2 YEARS LATER( SAME ACCOUNT).SAME STORY..THAT SAME ****** PHONE THAT WAS PAID OFF. I HAVE TO KNOW WAIT FOR THEM TO GO THROUGH ARCHIVES OF MORE THAN 4 YEARS BACK.ONLY GOD KNOWS WHEN MY MONEY WILL BE RETURNED. SO MUCH ****EN INCONVENIENCE. I'VE BEEN LOYALY TO FNB FOR MORE THAN 12 YEARS.
