FNB not doing what we pay them to do every month

After my first complaint on this platform a FNB representative named Joan Ashkam rep**** back saying they'll assist with my complaint within 24-48. Its now a week later and Joan I'm Still waiting for a reply!

Honestly people facing the same issue with FNBs ***** department should file a class law suit against them because we are clearly not being taken seriously
