FNB not delivering on its promises
Hi FNB
I have tried to contact your claims department regarding payment to my overdraft for the end of December 2020. We're now on the 8th January 2021. Will this be actioned as promised?
I have also noticed that FNB credit card division listed me as not paying in October and November 2020, which is something that FNB life agreed to pay but this is not done. Please rectify this with the credit bureau.
