FNB not deliverign as promised
So I decided to switch from Nedbank to FNB. When I contacted FNB to do the switch I specified that I must be given everything I have with Nedbank including a overdraft facility on my cheque account. Everything was approved and the accounts opened with the exception of the most important thing the overdraft facility. I then lodged a complaint and was told someone would get back to me. To date no had got back to me.

So I have had no choice but to close all the newly opened FNB accounts and continue with Nedbank. I have closed my garage card, credit card, 7 day notice investment account and sent all my money from the investment account back to Nedbank and now am closing the cheque account.

The same thing happened recently when I paid up my FNB bond(after 20 years of being a good client) I app**** for another bond and got the same shoddy service from FNb homeloans. \Yes sir we will get back to you". The end result is I have a bond with SA Home loans. So clearly there is a serious issue with after sales service at FNB and they definitely do NOT care. So people before thinking of moving to FNB you should test their after sales service first. And believe me you will be disappointed."""
