FNB NOT COMPATIABLE WITH ACCOUNTING SAGE

Utterly disappointed with FNB service. I am a Small Business Enterprise and need a statement in a CSV format, this can only be done going forward. Also cannot request a detailed transaction history in CSV format. How must one run a business especially if we need backdate data on our accounting systems (Accounting Cloud-Sage)????
