FNB NOT COMING TO THEIR PROMISES

Ref ***F. Since September 2020 I have been battling with FNB to reverse debit order with so many excuses from FNB.In Jan 2020 I once again supp**** them with ALL required documents as per their request. Now they refuse to reverse saying that the claim has now reached a deadlock status and I must refer it to the banking ombudsman. That means another month or two of waiting. FNB messed up. FNB dragged this claim.FNB took no urgency in this matter. FNB pushed me around.I have given them all the proof they wanted now I must contact the ombudsman.FNB should reverse after asking for proof and they dragged this whole issue. I just want the amount to be reversed.
