FNB not closing my credit card.

Not sure what is happening but I've been trying to close my FNB credit card with no luck. I've been to a few branches and the consultants don't seem to have an idea how to go about closing the credit card, I've called the credit card department and they informed me to email Fnb cards, which I did and I still haven't been successful. This is really frustrating. I need this credit card closed asap.
