FNB not closing late estate account

1st July 2025 I paid R899 towards account fees for my father's estate late account, the following day I went to FNB branch in Fleurdal to have the account closed. I was told that all is well, the account will be closed. 2 months later I went back as I realized that the account was still incurring charges and I was told that they had escalated the issue and I should remain patient. I then asked who must be liable for these account fees that are being charged on an account I've attempted to close multiple times?? Its now Jan 2026, account fees sitting at R400 and account still not closed!! FNB, WHAT MUST I DO TO HAVE THIS ACCOUNT CLOSED AND STOP INCURRING CHARGES???
