FNB not closing active mandates of paid up accounts/credit on my profile

So, again I am struggling with FNB. I have phoned and spoken to a person at the FNB call centre who promised to help me, and again no help! I am struggling to get FNB to close active mandates on my credit profile for accounts that have been settled. Most of the active mandates should have been closed years ago, some a few months ago! Some that are active date back to 2023!!!!!!! Close the active mandates!!!!!!!!!!!! I have settled those accounts/loans!!!!!! FNB is ruining my life!!!!!! I hate FNB!
