FNB not clearing my name at the bereau yet loan is paid up
I paid off a temp loan with fnb 4months back yet i still have a portion of the amount showing as owing at the credit bereaus.I have been in contact with fnb several times and still nothing.They promise to escalate and sort the issue out and still nothing.This is so frustrating because it is affecting my record.Them they say they will give me a paid up letter which it can take a month for.this amount to he cleared yet they can do it and it will take 7 to 10 working days.Please can someone fix this.This horrible service compared to the bank charges we pay is uncalled for

03 Jan 2020, 10:49I'm so sick and tired of fnb this is like the 3rd complaint.I have asked them to.remove a.listing at bereaus that says I still.owe them a portion of temp loan and still.no.help.This has been going from.2019 August.They call to tell you someone will.call you to assist and still listing is there.sick and tired of this pathetic customer service
