FNB not caring about it's clients and customers 1 and customer satisfaction 0

I don't know who's problem it is that when I'm trying to register for a FNB online profile as someone who doesn't use FNB, there appears an error claiming that there is already a relationship that exists between me and some Sol Bankit whatever but I really hope that FNB fixes this as it is a problem I encountered on their site and not Pay Pal. I have been checking multiple complaints and there doesnt seem to be a solution to this, its either Pay Pal or FNB just can't be bothered or they don't know what's going on either. But regardless of that I'd like to find a way I can withdraw my money from the Pay Pal to my bank...the fact that these two well known companies or whatever haven't managed to take care of this problem to this very day is just ridiculous and extremely careless
