FNB not best choice for business account

one of my FNB speed point got ******, I'm unable to claim from my insurance cause FNB wont send a quotation letter for the speed point its almost a week now running my business without a speed point very frustrating, how difficult can it be to send a quotation for a speed point they also wont pay the money that went through the speed point the day it got ******, its obvious they don't need my business, cant even get through to their call centre
