FNB not being helpful at all!

On the 2nd of July I transferred R5000 into what I thought was my mother's Standard Bank account, who is listed as a beneficiary on my account. 3 days later she said she had not received the money so I went and checked if the money had gone off my account which it had but when I told my moither the account number she did not recognise it and said that was not her account number. On Monday the 10th I filled out a payment reversal form and submitted to FNB Digital Recalls. 2 days later I got an email from someone by the name of Shaun-Leigh Phillips saying the recall was unsuccessful. I tried to call the number on the email but it was not going through, I then rep**** to the email asking for more details about why the recall was unsuccessful but no response til today. Thereafter I called FNB and was getting transferred from one person to the next but NONE of those hundred people I spoke to were able to provide me with a simple explanation and what my next course of action should be. Finally I got through to a lady who said that on FNB's side everything had been done and that Standard Bank needs to sort it out on their end. This morning 17th July my mother and I went to Standard Bank and to our surprise and disappointment they said they have not even received such a request from FNB!!! So how was it unsuccessful if FNB did not even communicate with Standard Bank??? So somebody at Digital Recalls thinks R5000 is an insignificant amount of money to be concerned about??? First of all I demand to know when any changes were made to my beneficiary details because it is very odd and concerning that this account that I have deposited money into before suddenly changed withouy my doing. And secondly I demand that FNB log a request with Standard Bank to recall that money and actually act like you care about a loyal client who's been with the bank for many years! I'm VERY disappointed with the lack of information and assistance from the call centre agents I spoke to. None of them even had an idea of how to go about helping me and they are supposed to be the first point of contact for clients who are too busy to go inside the branch. Not even the Premier Suite call agents were able to help me so what is the benefit really of being a so-called "Premier Client"?
